cozy, cozy, cozy
I spent a delightful 4 nights in a spacious double room that felt like a warm hug. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, especially Muhammad, who was super helpful whenever we needed anything. Plus, the access to nearby attractions made wandering around a breeze!

We had a lovely stay here, as the location was perfect for exploring the historic Dockyard Chatham. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive, even helping us with our two small kids during meal times.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable on hot nights. For families, it would be great to have better climate control in the rooms.

Oh, mate, let me tell you about the local eateries that set the taste buds tingling! The Sultan Restaurant just a stone's throw away was a culinary delight, serving up flavors that'll have you coming back for more. Plus, don't miss Cafe Nucleus for their delightful pastries and coffee – simply divine!
Now, a cheeky critique – no lift, which is a bit of a bummer if you're disabled. The hot water situation was like a dodgy rollercoaster, flicking on and off when you least expected it. Nevertheless, we found ways to make it work and still enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a quick getaway
You know, the staff were really friendly, it felt like they genuinely cared. I had this lovely meal at the Indian restaurant next door, best Indian food I’ve had in ages.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was acceptable for what I got.

Excellent service and delicious food
I recently stayed for 1 night in a single room, and I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who made sure my stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a hot shower was a definite plus. The highlight was definitely the adjoining Indian restaurant, where I enjoyed some of the best food I've had, along with a nice discount being a hotel guest. the parking situation could use improvements as it was often tricky to find a spot.

The room was clean and decently sized. The bed was pretty comfy, which was a plus. I did notice the shower didn’t work properly, though—that was a bummer, especially after asking for help multiple times. It kind of ruined the vibe. it was all right, but the shower issue really stood out.

Friendly staff greeted me with genuine smiles. The single room had good space for luggage and hanging clothes. A smart, clean bathroom. Shower had effective hot water, but I struggled a bit with the temperature controls. Breakfast was decent, but a clearer ordering process would help guests like me who prefer simplicity. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch. Location is convenient, being close to the town center. The hotel has a unique spiral staircase, but that might be a challenge for those with disabilities. The view from the window was not picturesque, as I faced a flat roof covered with rubbish. Parking is available, but it can get a bit cramped during busy times, so arriving early is wise.
